Access Card Program Management Meal Access Card The purpose of the Meal Card Program is to provide meals for house staff who are scheduled to work nine or more continuous hours in the UCLA Healthcare System, in a Medical Center, in direct patient care activities. Time spent in non-clinical settings (i.e., laboratories, libraries, etc.) does not count towards earning meal credits. Back to Table of Contents
