Access Card Program Management Meal Access Card Issuance and Use of Access Cards Meal Access Cards are issued to house staff at the beginning of their training. Meal Access Cards must be returned to the Graduate Medical Education Office at the end of a house officer’s training. Lost or demagnetized Meal Cards may be replaced by contacting the Graduate Medical Education office. A non-refundable $5.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost or stolen cards.
